Indeed, our Mercure Fitness and Spa Centre boasts an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room and a cardio training area. It also offers a range of activities from water aerobics to Zumba and Pilates.

To finish, you can choose from a dedicated range of treatments including Japanese relaxology treatments or wellness massages (including couples’ massages and shiatsu).

It can’t be denied that water is an essential element for feeling good, so why not enjoy one of our water aerobics classes at the hotel?

Accessible to all, the aqua gym provides you with a feeling of relaxation and is done safely in our indoor heated pool. It’s ideal for relieving joint or back problems.

Fitness classes

There could be many reasons for wanting to train at our fitness centre. From a gruelling day of seminars to wanting to burn off a gigantic meal you had in the Loire Valley, or simply the sheer desire to work out.
At the hotel, you can enjoy group classes open to all and led by a qualified sports instructor who will guide you through each exercise and advise you depending on the goals you’re seeking. Mixing cardio training with a fitness concept, your class will be the perfect addition to your stay at the hotel. We take particular care in offering you the best refresher or sports training experience.

Our qualified trainer will teach you techniques in this sport method bringing together deep breathing exercises and smooth movements.
